Hi, My name is Rudy! I am a Border Collie Mix who lives in western Lake Worth, Florida. When I was a puppy, my owner was abusive to me. One day he left me hanging from a wall in the blazing summer sun. A nice neighbor lady saw me and was convinced I wouldn't survive the day. She unhooked me from sure death and took me to her work. I sniffed around a little and immediately went to this interesting man in the office. We bonded instantly. In fact, he took me home and has loved me and taken care of me for the last 8 years! We are best buddies!

I have lots of friends. In my last neighborhood everyone called me the mayor. When we moved to our present home, I let everyone know who I was and made instant friends with all the dogs and some cats too! (The squirrels are still shy of me, for good reason; I chase them for fun!) Every morning my dad and I go to the park where I get to run around with some of my friends.
